About The Weekly Chronicle
A weekly magazine written, photographed, edited and published by students.
Every week, students across the school report on what is happening around them: news, science, sport, the arts, achievements, and their own opinions and creative work. Each issue is a page in the record of our school year.
Art Society
Writes the articles, creative writing, poetry, interviews, student stories and artwork that fill each issue.
Media Club
Takes the photographs and video, prepares the images, publishes the website and shares each issue on social media.
Our teachers
Subject teachers check accuracy and language and guide each writer. No story is published without a teacher's approval.
How we publish
Students write from Monday to Wednesday, submissions close on Thursday, teachers review, and the new issue goes live on Friday or Saturday.
Our editorial promise
We report fairly, check our facts with teachers, credit every photographer, and protect our students' privacy. We never publish students' contact details.
